I came into this course as a regular ChatGPT user who often felt frustrated by the tool’s defaults. Thanks to Ravit’s clear, step-by-step process, I built a working chatbot that directly addresses a pain point in my business. And it is working for me! I've used it a few times already with great results. The course gave me exactly what I needed: a way to decide what I wanted, create it, test it, and revise it in line with my goals, all without needing any coding skills.

Ravit's nuanced, thoughtful perspective stands out in a space too often dominated by folks teaching/chasing "hacks," which isn't what I'm after. (I want better, even if it takes longer!)
