Use AI Like a Chef

Most people use AI like takeout - they place an order with a chatbot and hope for something useful back. This "takeout approach" creates disappointing outputs, cognitive dependency, and replacement anxiety. In this session, I'll introduce my alternative: the "chef approach" where you design AI processes to work more effectively, deeply, and meaningfully.

I'll demonstrate with real examples from professionals I've worked with and open it up for you to ask how this might apply to your own work.
