​​The Commission, the executive branch of the European Union, brought the Chef Approach to AI to its employees to help them to rethink how their work could look in the AI era.

 

Through a tailored group program, participants developed the mindset and practical skills to create their own work tools, on their own terms and prioritizing their values.

Participants left the program with an expanded mindset, skills, and prototypes ready to use in their day-to-day work that combine productivity, cognitive depth, responsibility, and meaningful work.
